Helpful Information on Kids Bowling Shoes
A popular day out for many children is a trip to the bowling alley. While it can be an expensive day out, the cost will go up if you have to hire shoes for them. It may be the best option if the children will not be going to play very often, but for regulars it will be best to buy them a pair of their own kids bowling shoes.
Beginning Volleyball Drills
Volleyball coaches often face certain hurdles that are common to all coaches. How do you take a bunch of players who have never played before and teach them the skills necessary to become an effective force? How do you create volleyball drills to erase the bad habits learned from elsewhere and have your players perform the way you expect them to?
The good news is that both of these questions can be answered in the same way. You create good beginner volleyball drills. This is not to imply that you have only beginning players on the team, this is more in the realm of the beginning technical drills in the new season. Using these drills will correct bad habits or teach new players just the same.
Should You Run the Triple Option in Youth Football?
How beautiful is it to see a well executing triple option team? If you are like me, it is like poetry in motion. I’m a big fan of Navy and Georgia Tech, just because of the way they run the triple so well. As a Nebraska native and fan, I was raised on option football and ran it in High School. Of course when I got my first youth football coaching job back in 1986 or so, I went back to what I loved and knew, option football.
The Oklahoma City Thunder Edging the Memphis Grizzlies in Triple Overtime!
This was the best game in the playoffs that probably nobody on the East coast watched outside of die hard Thunder, Grizzlies fans and NBA fans saw. It ended late, real late like almost 1:45 am late. These two teams battled for almost four hours, going back and forth. It’s a shame someone had to lose. Each team had two player’s play fifty plus minutes. Every time it looked like the Thunder was going to pull away the Grizzlies hit late threes to tie, once at the end of regulation and once at the end of the second overtime. But in the end the Grizzlies came up short. Their top two guards Mike Conley and O.J Mayo fouled out and their big men Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol were running on fumes by game’s end.
Guidelines to Help Create the Perfect Golf Swing
The Perfect Swing
The game of golf is about achieving the perfect swing. In golf, there are always three things you must remember to get the swing right: Stance, Posture, and Grip. If you cannot master the right way to execute these three things, then you will never be able to master the game.
The perfect swing can only be achieved with the right amount of concentration. You don’t just swing your golf club; there are many instances where players swing the wrong way and they never get to hit the ball. Precision and timing are also two things you must remember when it comes to the perfect swing.
